The Peninsula Social Golf Club is based in North Brisbane's Moreton Bay Region. The majority of Members are from the Suburbs including Redcliffe, Deception Bay, North Lakes and Caboolture.

We support Golf Clubs in our local area, but, play at a number of other popular courses around Brisbane each year. Our Website provides details of our full Games Schedule.

Membership is a very affordable $30.00 per year (renewing Members - $20.00) and Golf normally just $30.00 per round. With the assistance of our generous Sponsors and fundraising activities during the year, playing golf with us is very affordable. Our Club hosts a yearly Weekend Trip (November) and Awards / Trophy Dinner (December) along with a number of running competitions during the year.

2012 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS - NOW UPDATED 

Round One of our 2012 Club Championships were contested on Sunday 5th May at Woodford.
Members can login to review the list of Qualified Players, Championship Handicaps and 'Live' Results for the entire duration of this competition.

Qualifying rounds will be in Stroke Format with FINALS contested in Matchplay Format.
Weekly Prizes will be awarded as per our Games Schedule.

The R&A (Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews) administer everything Golf. Their website, www.randa.org have lots of interesting information and downloads available, including the new 2012 - 2015 Rules of Golf in PDF format.

In 2012, we are going to dedicate a small part of our Website to providing readers with information, on at least a monthly basis, as we investigate the technical and practical application of the Rules of Golf.

This month we review Rule 27 - Provisional Ball and how it is applied next time you find yourself in trouble on the course.Peninsula Social Golf Club Members will be able to download archived articles and we have started a new 'Rules in Action' Forum where Members are encouraged to comment and ask questions.
